July 3, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Since the lockdown, dependency on the Internet and technology has increased. Most children spend a lot of time on the internet not aware of the cybercrime risks. Predators are now more active online and are always on the lookout for vulnerable women and children to implement their exploitative strategies.

International Justice Mission (IJM) in collaboration with the Department of Social Work, Bharathidasan University, Khajamalai Campus, Tiruchirappalli is organising a webinar on ‘Human Trafficking and Cyber Security with Special Reference to Adolescents’ on 3rd July Friday 2020.

This webinar aims to inform and equip students, academicians, non-governmental organizations and anyone interested to participate on the rise of human trafficking and cybercrimes. Topics on ‘Human Trafficking and Cybercrime’ and ‘Online Crimes Against Women and Children’ will be addressed by the speakers.
